Q: Can the same mold produce pipes with different wall thicknesses?
A: No. Wall thickness is fixed by the mold cavity. For different thicknesses, you need a different mold or adjustable winding parameters. Tell us your target thickness when ordering.
Q: How do you ensure the inner wall is smooth enough not to scratch cables?
A: The mold inner surface goes through multi-step polishing followed by chrome plating or anti-corrosion coating. Surface roughness is controlled below Ra 0.4 µm.
