Product Description

The FRP Inspection Well Mold is made for casting FRP inspection wells. It uses high-strength FRP material. So it fights corrosion, aging, and impact. It handles wet underground conditions, acid/alkali soil, and municipal sewage. The mold has a precise shape and tight joints. So no slurry leaks out. Demolding is easy. Cast wells come out with smooth surfaces, good integrity, and tight sealing. No leaks happen. You can reuse the mold 70+ times. It works for round and square wells. You can also customize the opening diameter and body height. This mold replaces old concrete molds. So it cuts production time.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How many cycles before the mold needs replacement?

A: With proper cleaning and storage, expect 70–120 cycles. After that, joint edges may show minor wear. Many users continue beyond 120 with slightly longer demolding time.

Q: Can the same mold produce both round and square wells?

A: No. Round and square wells need different mold shapes. Tell us your well shape when ordering.
