Q: Can the same mould produce tanks with different cantilever beam lengths?
A: No. Beam length is fixed by the mould cavity. For different lengths, you need a separate mould or a replaceable beam insert. Tell us your target beam length when ordering.
Q: How do you ensure the beam-to-tank joint does not become a weak point?
A: The joint area is polished and coated like the rest of the mould. The transition is smooth with no sharp corners. We also test a sample tank from each new mould to verify joint strength.
