Q: Can the same mold produce tanks with different wall thicknesses?
A: No. Wall thickness is fixed by the mold cavity. For different thicknesses, you need a different mold or adjustable winding parameters. Tell us your target thickness when ordering.
Q: How do you prevent the tank from sticking to the mold after curing?
A: The mold surface is polished and chrome-plated or coated with a release-friendly layer. For difficult resins, we also recommend applying an external release agent before each cycle.
