Tool Preparation and Component Inspection
Before installation, ensure you have gathered basic tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches, and carefully inspect all components of the hand truck to verify they are present and intact. Pay particular attention to the wheel axles, support brackets, and connecting parts to check for any deformation or wear, and ensure that all screw holes are properly aligned. It is recommended to perform the assembly on a level surface to prevent parts from sliding or becoming misaligned during the process.

Step-by-Step Installation Procedure
Secure the Brackets: Begin by loosely connecting the side brackets to the crossbeam using screws, leaving some slack to allow for adjustment.

Install the Wheel Axles: Insert the wheel assemblies into the designated holes on the brackets, ensuring that the left and right wheels are symmetrically positioned.

Tighten the Screws: Gradually tighten all connection points in a diagonal sequence to ensure even load distribution and prevent uneven stress.

Adjust Clearances: Verify that a clearance of 2–3 mm remains between the wheels and the brackets to allow for free movement.

Pre-Use Adjustment Checklist
During an unloaded push test, listen for any unusual noises coming from the wheel axles and check that the steering is smooth and responsive. If you encounter any sticking or resistance, you may need to slightly adjust the tightness of the screws or apply lubricant. Periodically check the tightness of all screws to prevent them from loosening due to prolonged vibration during use.
