Product Description

The septic tank fiber winding equipment uses integrated CNC design to wind the tank body and stiffening ribs together. Automation is high, operation is stable, and forming precision is tight. This boosts product strength and rigidity while cutting labor. Every tank comes out with even structure and steady quality. The machine handles tank diameters from 300 mm to 4000 mm and lengths up to 11 m, covering 4 to 100 m³ sizes. A PLC with touchscreen lets operators set winding speed, tension, and layers accurately.

Main Applications

This septic tank winding equipment manufactures corrosion, settlement and leakage-resistant FRP septic tanks.

It is widely used in residential areas, municipal projects, rural toilet renovation, schools, hospitals, industrial parks and wastewater treatment.

As key equipment, it supports buried sewage systems and municipal pipeline networks.

Related equipment names include various FRP or GRP septic tank winding and manufacturing machines.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How does the machine wind ribs and body together without a second bonding step?

A: The control system runs the carriage and mandrel together. Rib paths are programmed into the same winding sequence as the body. Fibers and resin lay down continuously over both areas. After curing, the rib and body are one solid piece. No glue or bolts are needed, so there are no weak joints. This holds up better under soil pressure and groundwater.

Q: What if resin viscosity changes during a long run?

A: The resin bath has temperature control and a real-time viscosity sensor. If viscosity moves outside the set range, the PLC either adjusts roller pressure and pull speed by itself or sends an alert for manual fixing. Operators can also switch to manual mode if they prefer fixed settings. Either way, all changes are logged for quality tracking.
