Product Description

The integrated pump station equipment uses a prefabricated one-piece design. The factory completes assembly and commissioning, so site work is limited to placement and hookup. The compact structure takes little floor space and fits tight installation sites. Sealing is excellent - no leakage, no odor, and good environmental performance. The system includes auto‑control, level monitoring, and fault alarms for unattended operation. It resists corrosion and aging, works with different media (sewage, stormwater, industrial wastewater), and runs reliably over a long service life.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How long does installation take on site?

A: For a typical 10–20 m³ unit, installation takes 1–2 days. This includes crane lifting, pipe connection, power hookup, and a quick system check. No concrete work or curing time is needed because the tank is self‑supporting.

Q: What happens if the level sensor fails?

A: The system has a backup float switch. If the main sensor fails, the float switch keeps pumps running in a simple high/low mode. The control panel also shows a sensor fault alarm, so you know which part to replace.
